Euro Alami Koreksi Ditengah Spekulasi Stimulus ECB

Investing.com - Euro koreksi terhadap mata uang lain pada Kamis (04/06) pagi di tengah ekspektasi Sentral (ECB) akan memperluas program pembelian obligasinya sore nanti guna menopang perekonomian yang terdampak covid-19.

Pada pukul 09.18 WIB mengutip data Investing.com, EUR/USD melemah 0,12% di 1,1218 dan turun 0,12% ke 122,19. turun 0,04% di 1,0792.

Euro sempat ke level $1,12305, setelah naik ke $1,1258 pada hari Rabu (03/06), level tertinggi sejak pertengahan Maret dan tujuh sesi kenaikan berturut-turut.

Sementara rupiah melemah 0,27% di 15.877,7 terhadap euro sampai pukul 09.29 WIB dan turun 0,35% di 14.145,0 lawan dolar AS.

Menurut laporan yang dilansir Reuters Kamis (04/06) pagi, Bank Sentral Eropa (ECB) diperkirakan akan meningkatkan jumlah dana program pembelian darurat pandemi (PEPP) senilai 750 miliar euro (531,5 miliar pound) Kamis ini.

ECB memberikan keputusan kebijakan pada pukul 11.45 GMT dan Presiden ECB Christine Lagarde akan mengadakan konferensi pers pukul 12.30 GMT.

Mata uang Uni Eropa telah menguat didorong harapan dari langkah-langkah dukungan fiskal Uni Eropa setelah bulan lalu mendukung gagasan dana pemulihan Uni Eropa, melepaskan diri dari tradisi lama untuk menolak langkah-langkah menuju integrasi fiskal dalam blok mata uang tersebut.
