Rupiah Menguat Meski Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Januari Turun

Investing.com - Nilai tukar dolar Amerika Serikat (AS) terhadap Rupiah Rabu (05/02) petang di pasar spot berada di level Rp 13.675,00 atau menguat +0.22%, setelah pada pagi hari pukul 08.00 WIB dibuka pada level 13.690,00.

Berdasarkan data investing.com, hingga Rabu pukul 15.55 WIB, Rupiah tercatat bergerak fluktuatif di rentang 13.705,00 hingga 13.732,50.

Sementara yang memonitor pergerakan greenback terhadap sejumlah mata uang utama lainnya terpantau menguat +0,19% ke level 98,15.

Sedangkan untuk mata uang di kawasan Asia Timur mayoritas menguat, Yen Jepang turun -0.25%, Won Korea naik +0.14%, Dolar Hong Kong naik +0.03%, Dolar Taiwan naik +0.34%.

Untuk mata uang kawasan Asia Tenggara mayoritas melemah, Dolar Singapura turun -0.67%, Ringgit Malaysia turun -0.17%, Baht Thailand naik +0.08%, dan Peso Filipina turun -0.05%.

Meski rilis data BPS mengenai pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia bulan Januari 2020 menunjukan penurunan akibat faktor eksternal seperti perang dagang AS-Cina dan wabah virus korona, namun posisi Rupiah bisa menguat yang kemungkinan dipicu oleh membaiknya sentimen pelaku pasar dan masuknya aliran modal ke Indonesia.
