Nilai Tukar Rupiah Hari Ini, 20 Mei 2021: Merah di Asia, Merah di Dunia!

Nilai tukar rupiah belum baik-baik saja. Berhari-hari tertekan, rupiah hari ini nyaris tumbang ke level Rp14.400 per dolar AS. RTI mencatat, rupiah menyentuh level terdalam di angka Rp14.382 per dolar AS pada Kamis, 20 Mei 2021 pagi.Â

Jangankan melawan global, rupiah saja tumbang melawan mata uang regional. Mata uang Asia bergerak variatif atas dolar AS. Yen, yuan, dan dolar Singapura mampu unggul terhadap mata uang Paman Sam. Namun, dolar Taiwan, baht, won, dolar Hong Kong, dan rupiah bernasib sebaliknya.
