Jangan Kaget! Rupiah Hari Ini, 19 Mei 2021: Ambruk Parah Lawan Mata Uang Dunia!

Nilai tukar rupiah ambruk atas mata uang regional dan global untuk ke sekian kalinya. Tak mampu berkutik, rupiah hari ini anjlok hingga sempat menyentuh level Rp14.300 per dolar AS pada perdagangan spot Rabu, 19 Mei 2021 pagi.

Merujuk ke RTI, rupiah terdepresiasi -0,26% ke level Rp14.303 per dolar AS. Level terbawah yang dicapai rupiah berada di angka Rp14.307 per dolar AS. kini juga melemah terhadap dolar (-0,19%), poundsterling (-0,20%), dan euro (-0,28%).Â Â Baca Juga: Belum Puas! Nasib rupiah di hadapan mata uang regional juga sama-sama anjlok. Pelemahan rupiah hari ini dibarengi dengan koreksi mata uang Asia atas dolar AS. Kecuali dolar Taiwan dan won, dolar AS melumpuhkan mata uang Asia yang meliputi baht, dolar Singapura, yen, dolar Hong Kong, dan yuan.
