Rupiah Kamis Kembali Menguat, Presiden Jokowi Minta BI Ambil Langkah Pengendalian

Investing.com - Nilai tukar dolar Amerika Serikat (AS) terhadap Kamis (16/01) pada penutupan pasar spot berada di level Rp 13.630,0 atau naik 0.22%, angka ini tercatat sedikit lebih tinggi dibandingkan posisi penutupan perdagangan pada Rabu kemarin di level Rp 13.665.0.

Berdasarkan data investing.com, Hingga Kamis pukul 15.30 WIB, tercatat bergerak di rentang 13.630,0 hingga 13.675,0.

Meski sempat melemah, namun sepanjang hari Kamis, masih tetap dalam tren penguatan, dan hal ini sempat dikomentari oleh Presiden Joko Widodo yang meminta Indonesia agar berhati-hati mengendalikan nilai tukar rupiah, karena jika kuat terlalu cepat dapat berdampak kurang baik khususnya bagi para eksportir, yang daya saing produk jualannya di mancanegara akan semakin turun.
